Fair Schedule 2008

• Deadline for entry is April 4, 2008. See "How to Enter" on the Rules page on this website.
  
  
• Chambersburg Area Middle School will be open for students to set up their exhibits on Friday, April 25, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm only. (No viewing of exhibits is permitted at this time.) Enter the Middle School from the bus ramp area.
  
  
• All exhibitors and friends must be out of the hall by 6:15 pm on Friday so judging may begin.
  
  
• The Science Fair will be open to the public on Saturday from noon until 5:00 pm and on Sunday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  
  
• " Saturday afternoon contests: K-3 at 1:00 pm, Grades 4-6 at 1:45 pm, Grades 7-8 at 2:30 pm, Grades 9-12 at 3:15 pm. Start times are approximate and depend on the number of students participating.
  
  
• The awards ceremony will begin at 1:00 pm on Sunday with the presentation of awards to Primary- and Intermediate-division winners, followed by a brief intermission, then the presentation of awards to Junior- and Senior-Division winners approximately at 2:00 pm. All exhibitors should plan to attend.
  
  
• All exhibits must be removed from the hall between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm on Sunday. Exhibits left beyond this time will be discarded or destroyed. No exhibit may be removed prior to 2:00 pm Sunday.
